Collaborative Opportunities
The Hoosier Den is available for collaborative programming during business hours. These events should be open to all students. There will be no charge for collaborative programs unless extra monitors or equipment need be provided or any damage or maintenance fees are assessed.
The Hoosier Den will not collaborate with rush events or “week of events” for sororities and fraternities. Please be aware of this before applying.
For collaborative programming inquiries, please fill out the program application form found below and email it the Hoosier Den Management at hoosierd@indiana.edu.
*note: all program applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks prior to target date of program. Programs requesting collaboration within 3 weeks of the target date will be denied.
